In this role you will manage the full spectrum of drafting duties, from conceptual design through detailed production drawings, while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will also mentor junior drafters and act as a team leader directing less‑experienced technicians.
This third‑level position, typically promoted from within, requires modular home drafting experience and proficiency with VectorWorks or the company’s CAD software, as well as a well‑developed knowledge of construction. Candidates must have at least six months of experience as a Drafter/CAD Designer II and must meet all qualifications of that role.
