- Techs are required to have their own tool kit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have mechanical aptitude. Mechanical technician, Auto mechanics, Transmission mechanics, Maintenance technicians, typically excel in this role.
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting and the ability to use analytical thinking.
- Once trained will be able to perform assembly, wiring, and testing of Low Voltage Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) and the ability to troubleshoot & repair MCCB component parts.
- NETA Certified Assistant Technician a plus.
- 1 – 2 years industrial electrical manufacturing or mechanical work.
- Use of basic tools, screw drivers, wrenches, drills, tapping holes, etc.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
