As Head of Transfer Pricing, you will lead the Group’s transfer pricing function across more than 40 territories, setting strategy, policies and ensuring compliance with global tax obligations. You will oversee documentation, Master and Local Files, CBCR/pCBCR, and manage disputes, MAP and APA processes in coordination with regional teams and external advisers. The role also involves advising businesses on TP risks, monitoring legislative developments, supporting global tax teams, managing reporting and disclosure, and driving process‑improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Group Transfer Pricing team across 40+ territories.
- Define and implement the Group’s transfer pricing strategy, policies, and compliance obligations.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation, Master and Local Files, and CBCR/pCBCR requirements.
- Oversee transfer pricing disputes, MAP and APA processes, and coordinate audits with regional teams and advisers.
- Advise businesses on TP risks of complex cross‑border transactions and new operating models.
- Monitor international TP legislation and tax authority guidance, assessing impact on the Group.
- Support global tax teams in resolving TP issues and ensure consistent application of standards.
- Manage transfer pricing elements of group reporting, forecasting, and tax disclosure policies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase standardisation, simplification, and automation.
- Deliver TP training to business functions to embed risk awareness.
- Lead ad‑hoc projects and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent and a professional tax qualification, with extensive senior‑level experience in transfer pricing, including BEPS, OECD guidelines, cost‑sharing agreements and US s482 regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage APA/MAP disputes, lead and develop tax professionals, and communicate complex tax concepts to non‑tax audiences is essential. Strong business acumen, leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills are required.
