Description

Perform mechanical works, including pump replacements and other mechanical system maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of works, including reporting via CAFM systems and other IT tools.
Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures.
Liaise with clients and colleagues professionally, maintaining the company’s reputation at all times.
Carry out maintenance, repair, and compliance checks on commercial gas systems (heating, hot water, plumbing).
Provide detailed information and recommendations for quoting repairs and replacements.
Assist with installations, upgrades, and mechanical system improvements as required.
Requirements
5 years
nvq level3
cafm
gas safe
driving licence
communication
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (applications without relevant experience will not be considered).
City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills.
Full and clean driving licence.
Competent at a “user level” with IT systems (CAFM, reporting, emails).
Apprenticeship-trained in a mechanical discipline.
Gas Safe registered.
Relevant and current ACS qualifications.
