Ability to supervise and mentor staff and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering or Science
Experience coordinating with multidiscipline design and construction contractors and site personnel to ensure environmental obligations are understood and implemented
Ability to conduct on-site environmental inspections and audits to ensure compliance with permits, legislation, and internal policies
Ability to interpret and apply environmental data, reports, and technical information
Demonstrated knowledge of Commonwealth and State (NSW) environmental legislation and policy
Demonstrated competence in environmental impact assessment, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies
Experience preparing, implementing and monitoring environmental management plans during construction and operational phases
