As a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician at JLL, you will carry out planned preventive maintenance, proactive and reactive work on a range of industrial utilities and HVAC equipment. This includes air handling units, water‑cooled and air‑cooled chillers (large centrifugal and screw types), refrigeration systems such as stand‑alone and blast freezers, heating systems (LPHW, LTHW, steam) and compressed air systems.
You will ensure all client equipment operates efficiently, meets statutory regulations, JLL policies, and health‑and‑safety requirements. Accurate maintenance records and timely documentation in JLL’s facility management systems are essential. You will also liaise with specialists and suppliers for parts procurement, undertake contractor control duties, and support sustainability and energy‑efficiency goals.
JLL leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills, experiences and qualifications to generate insights about how your profile aligns with the role.
The role requires a relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in an electrical, mechanical, or HVAC discipline, together with certifications such as the Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate. Proven hands‑on experience maintaining and troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC equipment in commercial offices, industrial facilities, pharmaceutical environments, or data centres is essential. A full clean driving licence, strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work within JLL’s integrated facility management framework are also required.
