While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

In this role the Design Associate II - Interiors will perform basic design and production of construction document duties assigned by Licensed Professional. This person will work to fulfill experience requirements for eligibility to take professional licensing exam.

  • Individual on a licensure track by either actively completing the AXP program and/or engaged in the process of completing the ARE’s.
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Responds to field/construction questions as directed by discipline leader.
  • Discipline production software experience (i.e., Revit).
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Uses Haskell standards and procedures.
  • Experienced with creating interior finish schedules and FF&E lists
