Gradually hire, train, manage, and scale a dedicated supply team as the business grows.
Build and own a business-critical function from the ground up
Ensure all sourced properties fully meet legal, safety, licensing, and operational compliance standards.
Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to ensure supply matches upcoming demand and active client needs.
Map, analyze, and prioritize high-potential geographic areas based on client demand, transportation access, and long-term expansion plans.
Start as a fully hands-on operator, owning sourcing and acquisitions personally.
Develop pricing models that balance profitability with market competitiveness and client satisfaction.
Continuously assess cost-reduction opportunities and revenue optimization across the entire supply operation.
Support large tenders and strategic enterprise accounts with custom supply solutions.
Build a long-term national supply roadmap aligned with MNZIL’s growth strategy.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and government stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close leasing and acquisition deals at competitive market rates.
Identify, evaluate, and secure accommodation facilities including apartments, villas, labor accommodations, and full buildings.

Experience in startup or fast-growth environments.
5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, hospitality, or facility supply.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage pricing, cost, and financial models.
Prior experience building or leading teams.
Strong active network within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
Deep understanding of UAE leasing practices (labor housing experience is a strong plus).
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute on the ground.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Understand and navigate all UAE regulations related to leasing, worker housing, facility operations, and municipality requirements.
