One of the key attributes we're seeking is a passion to learn, enthusiasm and the desire to excel as a lawyer in the ERM sectors. We are also looking for a team player, who enjoys delivering projects and is keen to share knowledge, skills and experience for the benefit of the wider team.

We are looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our successful, highly respected and rapidly growing Energy and Resource Management (ERM) team. The team is at the cutting edge of delivering projects within the ERM sectors that are currently undergoing a once in a generation transformation as we move towards a greener and more sustainable environment.

Our talented ERM team consists of lawyers with a diverse range of skills and experience. We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience including, for example, a lawyer with projects, construction or commercial expertise.

Strong technical legal skills
Commercial contracts or PFI/PPP experience
Ability to understand and work through complex issues in a pragmatic and commercial manner
Experience and confidence to lead on the day-to-day interaction with clients supported by the team's Partners
Being a team player who is able to coordinate advice with lawyers from other disciplines.
Private practice or in-house experience
5+ years' PQE
Experience of supervising junior team members.
Some experience in business development with an ability and interest in growing the business
