- Possess 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical or General Foreman in commercial/industrial projects.
- Hold a current Journeyman Wireman license where required by state, city, or county.
- Demonstrate advanced ability to read and interpret electrical plans and NFPA codes.
- Proven track record of leading sub‑Foremen and managing project teams.
- Experience managing diverse electrical construction projects, including new construction and tenant improvements.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, installation methods, and systems such as lighting, fire protection, security, and data networks.
- Knowledge of control panel build, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficient with single‑line blueprints and fault diagnosis in electrical apparatus and circuits.
- Skilled at ordering, tracking materials, projecting costs, and developing as‑builts.
- Strong grasp of scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations.
- Lift and pull up to 50 lb, climb ladders, pull conduit, and work with a 25 lb tool belt.
- Squat, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods while performing repetitive wire handling.
