What you would be doing

  • Invoice monitoring and validation; run the price exception / invoice review report daily to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve issues
  • Perform transactions in ERP system as needed (Order Entry, credit rebills, diversions, repricing, manual BOL’s etc.)
  • Assist in month-end activities to ensure accounts receivable (AR) is closed promptly and accurately.
  • Review CDM Staging Error report and resolving issues
  • Support Fuel Fee process
  • Developing and maintaining ‘Shipped Orders to Invoicing’ KPI reports.
  • Review of Open Orders
  • Support Sales Team with freight decoupling project.
  • Suggest and support Customer Value Center (CVC) process improvement projects.
  • Reconciliation report that shows order progress through the integrated systems (Quikrete Order Solutions, CDM, JDE, TMX) to identify and resolve issues.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail is a must
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain data findings clearly.

  • Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales Support / Logistics / Call Center
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fit for Duty Baseline Physical (if applicable)
  • 5-Panel Drug Screen
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Must display good employability skills (attendance, job performance, attitude, willingness to work, etc.)
