Ensure your safety while working in the Lowe's store, as well as the safety of those around you, including Lowes personnel or Lowe's customers
Retrieve Novo products from inventory, break bundles, and stock products appropriately
Return or arrange for the return of all carts and/or cattle racks to their proper location.
Ensure all Novo products that are stocked look neat/tidy:
Perform culls and ensure Lowe's has properly received credit for damaged pieces found during the stocking process.
Straighten and push back moulding,
Keep aisles free of debris during the stocking process.
Stock moulding in the proper bin locations.
Contact the Lowes receiving department of the store you are responsible for to confirm availability of products to be stocked
Clean up and properly dispose of all bundle ties and other packing materials.
Assist with store set/reset activity, as needed.
Participate in special events for customers (i.e. Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training, etc.), as requested.
Travel to assigned Lowes store(s) in a local geographic region.
Return ALL products to their proper location.
Communicate effectively with Lowe's store personnel

Pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs.
Stock Novo products included in the Stocking Program within 36 hours of when they are delivered (after the materials have been received in the Lowes system) unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe's representatives

Mileage Reimbursement
New Hire Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 to be paid out in four increments of $500 (paid after 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 12 months). If attendance requirements are met, the new hire bonus you are currently eligible for will remain intact.
