  • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date
  • Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing target, including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
  • Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
  • Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
  • Accountable for finding customer needs and matching KONE’s solution matching with those needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the KONE team
  • Document and maintain the customer and contact information

  • Experience managing key accounts and major projects is a must
  • Candidates with experience in the market in the UAE will be given priority.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering
  • Experience within the same or similar industries working with developers, main contractors, and consultants
  • Futuristic approach and passionate about new technologies and digitalization
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
