Description

• Develop, monitor, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large capital programmes.
• Establish and maintain schedule management processes, deliverables and a schedule management programme.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule‑basis documentation for approval.
• Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Perform critical‑path and near‑critical‑path analysis and report impacts.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses and “what‑if” scenario modelling to assess delays.
• Apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure progress and forecast outcomes.
• Track schedule performance against baselines, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute resource loading and leveling to support accurate schedule planning.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Produce schedule progress reports, trending charts, KPIs and executive‑ready presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and facilitating decisions.
• Ensure the credibility and integrity of all schedule data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients and consultants at all project stages.
• Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities where required.

Requirements

The company is hiring a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling as a core project‑controls function on a large‑scale, mission‑critical data‑centre construction programme. The role requires deep construction project‑controls experience and the ability to develop and manage integrated schedules for fast‑paced, hyperscale environments. The successful candidate will support the programme through schedule development, analysis, reporting and stakeholder advisory.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field.
• Possess 5–7+ years of construction scheduling or project‑controls experience on complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in Primavera P6 and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management, scope control and change management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience developing and governing IMS/WBS for large‑scale or mission-critical programmes.
• Ability to consolidate multi‑contractor schedules while maintaining schedule integrity.
• Proven capability to produce high‑quality reports and executive‑level presentations.
