What you would be doing

- Identify Criticality Rating / Inspection Level for all components for scope of supply, and work with Procurement Manager and PM to create inspection Plan
- Perform Supplier Audits where required
- Schedule qualified personnel from Third Party to perform supplier quality surveillances/inspections
- Track Progress and proactively raise concern to Procurement Manager on regular basis.
- Act as focal point for all Permanent Project Material Vendor Inspections & expediting.
- Compiles project records and handover to the projects for final documentation related to procurement and suppliers.
- Ensure supplier quality surveillance/inspection records and documentation is developed and maintained
- Ensure completion of vendor documentations including not limited to Vendor data, ITP, Inspection notifications, operation manuals etc
- Develop comprehensive Expediting Report for all the long lead items capturing all control points and update on weekly basis.

- Understand Procurement Contract, Inspection requirements
- Understands project requirements and ensures compliance.
- Can communicate effectively with internal and external disciplines at multiple levels.
- Knowledge in applicable Management System documentation.
- Suitable Engineering degree (typically Mechanical or Welding Engineering) / Diploma Engineering
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Standards
- Understand Material specifications & Certifications requirements
- ASME Section II, ASME Section V, ASME Section VIII, ASME Section IX, ASTM Material, API 650,
- API 620, AWWA D100, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5/B16.47 etc… (including product specific related codes as and when needed)
- Job Location is Dubai Office. Travel to Ruwais Project site visits on need basis
- Project Based Assignment on Abu Dhabi visa
