Senior Architect

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will lead design projects with a primary focus on façade consultancy and building envelope solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing architectural designs, collaborating with clients and internal teams, conducting technical reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing innovative architectural solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and managing project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Prior experience in façade design for large-scale or international projects is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong architectural design, building envelope expertise, and construction detailing knowledge
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Solid understanding of materials, structural systems, and building codes
• Experience with project management and team collaboration in façade consultancy or related fields
