  • Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at both ECS and our Operating Companies
  • Participate in acquisition activities to support IT & Security processes
  • Manage ECS infrastructure, business continuity and disaster recovery, and support functions
  • Provide leadership for both ECS IT teams and the IT teams at our 50+ geographically diverse Operating Companies
  • Assist in establishing the IT strategy for ECS in areas like cloud technologies, security, and governance
  • Lead multiple complex projects often with competing priorities and timelines
  • Ensure that ECS IT strategies and projects align with the business goals of EMCOR
  • Attend regular conference calls with EMCOR IT & Security
  • Ensure compliance with EMCOR IT SOPs

  • Experience with core IT infrastructure components such as virtual environments, SANs, NAS, LANs, WANs, and VPNs
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with multiple cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google
  • High level of experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Hyper-V, Entra, Azure, and Sharepoint required
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and CMMC a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-directed, yet able to follow direction if needed
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Expertise with high availability and scalability concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in related IT and / or business area
  • Proactive change agent skills with competent follow through
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated high level of professional experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Hyper-V, Entra, Azure, and Sharepoint required
  • Excellent personnel management and coaching skills
  • Experience implementing IT and Security initiatives (think Cortex replacing CB)
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
  • Experience with MDM, ITSM & ITAM
  • Ten (10) years of progressive IT experience in areas of support, infrastructure, and / or architecture in a complex environment with at least 3-5 years management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral; capable of leading meetings in a professional manner
  • Prior experience managing personnel
  • Ability to travel as business need arises
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to work with executive teams as well as technical teams
