Lead proactive network management by identifying repeat incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing interventions to prevent future failures, while supporting the Drainage Performance Engineer as needed.
Provide technical support and insight by identifying performance trends, supporting delivery teams, contributing to event reports, and embracing new technologies to enhance network visibility.
Support maintenance and investment planning by developing and reviewing maintenance schedules, identifying investment needs, and raising serviceability works and Very Small Projects (VSPs).
Engage with stakeholders and customers by drafting responses to MPs and councillors, managing escalated complaints, attending appointments, and improving customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance and data accuracy by adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, maintaining accurate asset and regulatory records, and supporting Environment Agency protocol.
