Provide guidance and support to PMO Analysts and project teams.
Review and improve PMO processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhanced governance.

The PMO Lead will oversee the Project Management Office, ensuring governance, coordination, and delivery support across multiple projects. This role is critical for maintaining project standards, managing resources, and providing strategic oversight during the maternity cover period.
Prepare and manage Project Board meetings, including agendas, updates, and tracking follow-up actions.
Lead PMO operations and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Manage forecasting and capacity planning for project delivery.

- Desirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices within PMO functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to lead PMO team members, providing advice and guidance to ensure effective performance and development.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in coaching and guiding team members
- Proven experience in PMO leadership or senior project coordination roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
