We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Southampton team and lead the electrical delivery of a new Emergency Department at Dorchester County Hospital. You will be responsible for the full management and performance of the electrical works — including safety, quality, programme, commercial control, and client relationships — reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Strong knowledge of electrical building services and resilient power systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience with digital tools and project software; BIM/Revit beneficial.
Strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance.
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering £1m+ projects in regulated sectors (healthcare, defence, justice, etc.).
Ability to interpret technical specifications and regulations.
Commercial awareness and experience with procurement, subcontractor management, and M&E coordination.
Qualifications: HNC in Electrical Engineering/Building Services (desirable), CSCS (essential), SMSTS (essential).
Understanding of sustainable construction practices.
