Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency.
Lead and deliver safe, efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
