Coordinate end-to-end injury management for work and non-work-related injuries
Ensure all rehabilitation and recovery actions comply with Return to Work SA legislation and organisational policies
Maintain collaborative relationships with subcontractor Return to Work Coordinators (RTWCs) to ensure alignment and effective case management across the project
Act as the primary point of contact for injured workers, providing clear guidance, support and ongoing communication
Work closely with closely with treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers and insurers to ensure collaborative, solution-focused case management
Develop, implement and monitor individual Injury Management Plans (IMPs) and Return to Work Plans (RTWPs)
