Tasks

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan construction projects for various clients. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment and understand the importance of collaboration, foster effective communication, enjoy meeting new people, streamline completion of tasks, negotiate best value pricing, and be able to manage multiple projects. -Communicates and collaborates with business development teams to provide information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems. -Develop relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and honesty. -Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. -Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk. -Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. -Communicates with field personnel to manage, streamline, and track progress. -Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned construction projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. -Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. -Assembles and distributes project closeout documents (punch list, warranties, maintenance instructions, etc…) to properly complete the projects as well as closeout permits and outstanding items related to the project. -Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. -Communicates with owner to clearly outline and assure overall cost, schedule, budget, quality, and safety associated with and throughout the construction project.

What You Bring

-At least three years of related experience required. -Highly motivated to see tasks through to completion. -Strong supervisory and leadership skills. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. -Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or; -Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. -Proficient at creating and analyzing drafting contracts or proposals. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and bidding. -Valid Driver’s License required. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors like relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, etc. Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for commission-based compensation in addition to the base salary. -Performance Bonuses -Life Insurance -Vision Insurance -Sick Time -Dental Insurance -Medical Insurance
