• Interact positively with residents, guests, and vendors while addressing requests and complaints.
• Communicate with building management and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Log and manage concierge and building keys for resident use and move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Monitor security cameras, respond promptly to emergencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle and distribute package and vendor deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
• Complete detailed shift logs for seamless handovers between shifts.
• Patrol interior and perimeter to identify security or safety risks and make logical decisions.
• Coordinate calm, rational responses to fires, hazards, threats, and policy violations.
• Observe and report suspicious persons or packages.
• Implement comprehensive security measures and counter‑measures.

Requirements

The company is seeking a bilingual High-End Experienced Security Guard for full-time or part-time shifts (8 am‑5 pm, seven days a week) at $23.00 per hour. The role involves daily service tasks such as interacting with residents, handling deliveries, logging keys, maintaining safety, and responding to emergencies.
