This is a key role on a variety of civil, water, and infrastructure developments, where you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

Design Build Search seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to our client's civil engineering team operating across Dublin.

• Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
• Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
• Support strong communication between site teams and project managers
• Oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Keep detailed records including timesheets, supplier logs, and safety documentation

Requirements

• Current safety and site management certifications
