Provide key specialist H&S advice and support the health safety and wellbeing improvement forums and consultation groups.
Lead and support the development and delivery of specified health, safety and wellbeing policies, procedures and improvement activities. This includes the development, review and delivery of health and safety training sessions and workshops. Work with internal and external providers to develop training courses and materials.

Experience of producing clear and effective written documents for a varied audience, including technical disciplines.

NEBOSH Process Safety Certificate (essential for the role, training to obtain this will be arranged if the candidate does not already have this qualification).

IT literate – familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience providing effective health, safety and wellbeing advisory service within a technical discipline, e.g., Utilities, Construction, Engineering and COMAH / CDM understanding.
Confident and authoritative with professional credibility.
Skllied in building relationships and demonstrable skill negotiating and influencing both internally and externally and ability to show interpersonal sensitivity.
