Support broker request tickets and work to resolve in-transit issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal delays and accurate clearance.
Support logistics in maintaining timely and compliant shipments, coordinating with other departments to streamline processes.
Stay updated on logistics processes and work closely with trade compliance to ensure any regulatory updates are communicated effectively to relevant teams.
Act as a key contact for customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Track and support post-entry processes, such as corrections and duty refunds, in coordination with the trade compliance team.
Investigate, resolve, and communicate operational issues affecting logistics flows, collaborating with logistics and trade compliance teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Gather, review, and maintain accurate import and export documentation to support logistics and trade compliance requirements, ensuring records are well-organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation management processes to ensure consistent and compliant practices.

Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, incoterms, and trade documentation.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with ACE, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and/or government agencies such as CBP and USDA is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry preferably in Customs Entry or Supply Chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and SharePoint. Experience with Power BI or ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
