The Leasing Consultant acts as the community’s welcoming representative, managing inquiries and supporting residents through the leasing lifecycle.
The schedule is flexible and covers the busiest days—Fridays, Saturdays, occasional Sundays and holidays—with at least one closing shift each week. Employees must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), proven leasing or sales experience in property management, strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The candidate should thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and demonstrate integrity and a customer‑service mindset.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 10 lb, walking, standing, and climbing stairs in various weather conditions, as well as working in a general office setting. The position is non‑exempt (FLSA).
The position is a full-time Leasing Consultant located at The Heritage at Freemason Harbour in Norfolk, VA.
