A growing electrical contractor is seeking a hands-on Assistant Project Manager who is ready to step into real Project Manager responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of electrical contracting experience who is strong with documentation, communication, and field coordination.

You’ll be trusted early, mentored directly, and given runway to grow.The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
You’ll work closely with a seasoned Senior PM who will mentor you, but you will be expected to take ownership quickly. This is a lean, fast-moving environment where organized, accountable APMs can advance rapidly.
