Tasks

-Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements and supply contracts. -Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. -Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations impacting contracts and procurement. -Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms. -Resolve disputes and issues efficiently and effectively. -Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks. -Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and supporting documentation. -Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and best practices. -Collaborate with legal, procurement, and operational teams to resolve contract-related issues. -Ensure all contracts adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
