High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of coordinating across multiple departments.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, or long-lead equipment schedules is highly desirable.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Advanced expertise in Primavera P6, with proven experience developing cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
5+ years of scheduling experience supporting heavy civil, power delivery, utility, or renewable energy projects (T&D, substations, wind, solar, BESS strongly preferred).
Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools is a plus.
