Real Floors
Real Floors is a flooring company offering installation and supply of residential and commercial flooring.
Outside B2B sales rep for multi‑family flooring, driving new business and client relations.
Demonstrating products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers, and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Performing random job site inspections and reporting results to the Installation department.
Sustaining a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting.
Promptly addressing customer concerns, complaints and problems.
Reporting to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the competitive landscape.
Maintaining an organized sample/showroom and sales office.
Providing floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers via customer templates.

A clean driving record, your own reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily in your vehicle to various customer sites within the assigned territory are essential requirements of the job.

Prior multi-family sales experience is preferred, but is not required.
Prior prospecting experience and success in closing new business in a field-based sales role is a plus, but is not required.
