Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the site (e.g. carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating).
Responding promptly to service requests and fault reports.
Supporting other trades and assisting with general building upkeep.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.

Proven experience in a similar fabric technician or multi-skilled maintenance role.
