Support EPC contract negotiations, amendments, LNTPs, and change orders in coordination with Legal, PM, and Commercial teams
Track contractual notices, risks, and compliance requirements (incl. Bluepoint, risk registers)
Support prevailing wage reporting, audits, and remediation coordination
Maintain organized, auditable documentation through construction, commissioning, and handover
Lead document control for EPC contracts, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project records (Procore / SharePoint)

Hands-on experience with Procore, SharePoint, and project/contract tools
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, PM, EPC, Finance
Experience supporting utility-scale energy EPC contracts (solar, BESS, or power gen preferred)
Up to 25% travel
Strong contracts + document control skill set in fast-moving project environments
Own EPC contract administration and compliance across utility-scale projects in pre-construction and execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Able to work in-office 3 days/week
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
3–5 years contracts and/or document control experience in energy or infrastructure
