- Hone your technical site design knowledge and "hands on" plan preparation experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management
- The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- Complete visibility and exposure to all aspects of a project
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus; but if you don't have it, we'll help you get it!
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving
