- Maintain exterior employee areas, such as picnic and smoking areas
- Conduct minor maintenance and repairs, including tasks such as fixing doors, replacing light fixtures, mending furniture, hanging pictures, and repairing faucets
- Oversee the management of work order tickets, prioritizing tasks based on the facility's requirements
- Evaluate the building, office, and facility equipment to assess functionality, and report any issues to the facility manager and property owners as needed
- Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, cafeterias, corridors, and general workspaces
- Assist in the setup and breakdown for company events, meetings, and similar activities
- Rearrange, install, set up, and remount furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting fixtures, and file cabinets to meet user needs and optimize space
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and document the results
- Supervise vendors and contractors performing work within the facility

- Capable of patching and painting common walls, doors, and other surfaces

- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
