Experience – 10+ years of Multifamily Residential projects; Contract Administration experience is preferred, but not required. Additional commercial experience in Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Retail is advantageous.

Professional Licensure – preferred, but not required
Presentation Skills – engaging, dynamic communicator with both internal teams and clients/consultants
Technical Expertise – advanced knowledge in building systems, building science, codes, and construction methods
