• Define and own QA strategy for AI and analytics solutions, including ML models and RAG pipelines.
• Design and execute functional, non‑functional, bias, robustness and reliability tests for AI systems.
• Establish observability, evaluation and monitoring practices for AI quality in pre‑production and production.
• Lead development of test automation frameworks for AI APIs, data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Integrate quality practices early in the AI development lifecycle through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and define QA standards to influence quality engineering across teams.
• Hands‑on testing of RAG, LLM‑based applications or predictive models.

Requirements

We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead for AI & Analytics in Pune/Nashik, India. The role will define and drive the quality strategy for AI‑driven platforms, work closely with data scientists, AI engineers and product teams, and mentor engineers to establish modern QE standards across the organization. This is a full‑time position requiring at least eight years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience in quality engineering for AI/ML applications and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing for APIs, data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI evaluation metrics such as accuracy, relevance, drift and hallucination.
• Ability to create measurable impact on AI reliability, trust and customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with observability tools, logging, metrics and monitoring for AI/ML systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trusted relationships across engineering, data and product teams.
