Auditing client supply chains to ensure compliance with Principal Contractor and/or Principal Designer duties
Providing competent advice, guidance, and support on various construction & design health and safety matters to colleagues and clients
Developing and nurturing industry relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Auditing client management systems to ensure adherence to CDM 2015 and effective design and construction management processes
Conducting site inspections across various health and safety aspects, assessing performance, and identifying compliance actions
Delivering health and safety training sessions to clients, project teams, and internal audiences
Assisting in developing further H&S or CDM opportunities through technical articles, speaking engagements, and bid support
Conducting H&S audits of client and supply chain safety management systems, including evidence of successful implementation
Advising clients on CDM Regulations and relevant H&S requirements for construction projects
Ensuring exemplary standards of the Principal Designer role on experience-capable sites, coordinating design team meetings, assisting clients in developing H&S arrangements/Project Briefs, and conducting workshops/seminars on client duties

A degree or Masters in H&S, Environmental or Engineering environment
Holds or is working towards Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety & Health (CMIOSH)
Have a strong commercial awareness and be able to identify and pursue business opportunities
Excellent programme and project management skills
Ability to work in partnership with clients (and/or stakeholders), continually delivering high levels of satisfaction, provide effective solutions and resolve issues
Relevant construction industry safety, quality or technical membership e.g APS, IOB, CQI
