Activities and Amenities Coordinator
Prime Residential
Develops and manages luxury single‑family, multi‑family, vacation and workforce housing across thriving U.S. communities.
Manage and supervise shared community amenities and resident activities, ensuring safety and service.
Check residents in/out of community amenities, including but not limited to community clubhouse, gym/fitness center, swimming pools, picnic/barbeque areas, rooftop lounge areas, and media rooms.
Work with Community Manager to maintain and carry out community policies and procedures related to the use and enjoyment of shared amenities. These policies should closely observe the safety and well-being of our residents, while adhering to all Fair Housing and local, state, and Federal laws.
Work with Community Manager and maintenance personnel for the necessary maintenance and upkeep of the shared amenities.
Promote participation by generating and distributing invitations/flyers.
Ensure shared amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
Lead the planning, supervision, and execution of an ongoing resident activity program that considers the individual and collective interests, needs, and safety of the community’s residents. Some examples of resident activities might include but are not limited to fitness courses, movie nights, gardening, and civic speaker spotlights.
Research potential vendors and work with Community Manager to negotiate favorable terms to remain within budget.
Obtain resident feedback and make recommendations for future activities and events.
