- Prepare and review inventory reports with the Office and Materials Manager
- Document corrections in accordance with SOX compliance standards
- Work in open landscape environments with moderate to loud noise and frequent interruptions
- Verify cycle counts and update inventory records in TITAN
- Must always maintain confidentiality
- May involve lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Work with purchasing to expedite materials when needed
- Investigate discrepancies by reviewing receiving records, production schedules, and disposition logs
- Deploy cases to the data team via desktop systems
- Collaborate with the data team to resolve BOM issues
- Provide clear, professional communication and training as needed
- Perform inventory adjustments based on cycle count results

- Ability to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Travel between warehouse locations required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Valid Oregon driver’s license required
- Ability to respond to inventory-related inquiries professionally
- Experience handling confidential documentation
- Equivalent combination of experience and training
- Frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
