What you would be doing

  • Prepare and review inventory reports with the Office and Materials Manager
  • Document corrections in accordance with SOX compliance standards
  • Work in open landscape environments with moderate to loud noise and frequent interruptions
  • Verify cycle counts and update inventory records in TITAN
  • Must always maintain confidentiality
  • May involve lifting items up to 50 pounds
  • Work with purchasing to expedite materials when needed
  • Investigate discrepancies by reviewing receiving records, production schedules, and disposition logs
  • Deploy cases to the data team via desktop systems
  • Collaborate with the data team to resolve BOM issues
  • Provide clear, professional communication and training as needed
  • Perform inventory adjustments based on cycle count results

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Travel between warehouse locations required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license required
  • Ability to respond to inventory-related inquiries professionally
  • Experience handling confidential documentation
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
