  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to project discussions and problem-solving
  • Attend vendor meetings with clients and to gather site specific requirements
  • Conducts and documents surveys and inventories of existing equipment within healthcare facilities
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings
  • Assists with medical equipment planning meetings throughout project design phases with clinical users, architects, engineers, and consultants

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues

  • General understanding of architectural, engineering/construction documentation is preferred
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Biomedical Engineering, or related degree
