As a key member of the North American organization, this position is responsible for the strategic development, management, and tactical execution of the ecommerce channel and ecommerce sales, using data driven analytics to meet sales performance targets.

  • Assist Duravit’s evolution into digital transformation while navigating the challenges associated with content creation limitations, prioritizations, and activations.
  • Increase brand visibility and reach to relevant target groups through ecommerce collaboration.
  • Create new sales activation opportunities and optimize the effectiveness of integrated marketing activities while managing costs and meeting company goals and metrics.
  • Develop and improve strong business relationships with digital partners to meet and exceed annual sales budgets and enhance brand awareness online.
  • Develop ecommerce strategy and roadmap to drive profitable and sustainable top line sales growth with an underlying commitment to the best brand execution, operational excellence, and collaboration with partners.
  • Hold monthly calls with key customers to discuss sales initiatives, new product updates, and more in effort to increase Duravit’s brand and product exposure and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and key influencers.
  • Manage Duravit reseller policies and MAP enforcement to ensure market expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with distribution and channel partners, internal teams, and sales representatives to execute sales strategies.

This position will require a digitally savvy, creative, channel focused, and methodical thinker with a passion for data, process, and execution. As the primary owner of key ecommerce customer relationships and integrated channel marketing, this position will require teamwork and proactive collaboration with multiple departments.

  • High level of business acumen and financial decision-making ability to ensure ecommerce segment is constantly well managed and performing to KPI standards.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience with the ability to think creatively.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Duravit product features and benefits, brand standards, digital content, policies and procedures and continue to find ways to improve performance and sales results.
  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, online merchandising, sales, or related field.
  • Experience with integrated digital marketing including social media and SEO/SEM, with an Omni-channel approach to market.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and high integrity in interactions with customers and staff.
  • Ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Ideal candidate will possess ecommerce experience with knowledge of the digital landscape, key players, and will stay on top of sales trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
