The HS&E Advisor will support the Framework HS&E Manager on health, safety and environmental matters across the region, embedding the HS&E strategy and ensuring projects meet the highest standards. The role involves supporting operational teams, driving behavioural change and maintaining legal and internal compliance.
The successful candidate will have previous HS&E experience in construction, infrastructure or utilities, hold a NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (or be working towards it), and possess a solid understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation. Strong communication, a proactive solutions‑focused attitude, Microsoft Office competence and a full UK driving licence are also required.
