What you would be doing

- This position will support factory operations on the 1st shift.
- Drive closed-loop response to factory failures by identifying test and process gaps and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the NPI, Manufacturing and Quality teams at contract manufacturing sites.
- Maintain, debug, and support the production facilities where the test systems are deployed.
- Developing and documenting test system processes and maintenance routines, including calibration, replacement schedule, repeatability test, etc.
- Work with geographically dispersed teams consisting of Electronics Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers, and Engineering Technicians.
- Ensure test system performance, quality and availability.

- Failure Analysis Techniques.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an electrical/electronic manufacturing test environment. PCBA testing knowledge (ICT, FT) preferred.
- Experience with lab equipment. (DMM, scopes, power meters)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Database experience is a plus (SQL or similar)
- Associates Degree in Electrical or Electronics, or other suitable educational background or work experience.
- Experience improving Manufacturing Test Processes.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining Test Systems in a High-Volume Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience supporting Yield Improvement projects.
