Track progress against milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Collects, analyzes, and monitors program metrics, progress, and performance to identify inefficiencies and implement new processes, workflows, or technology.
Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders, including executives, engineers, vendors, and customers.
Own end-to-end program delivery for new data center infrastructure products, from concept through design, validation, manufacturing ramp, and customer delivery.
Ensure alignment between engineering design teams (electrical, mechanical, controls) and manufacturing/operations on requirements and deliverables.
Tracks and analyzes engineering program costs to ensure alignment with the budget and broader business objectives.
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Support vendor and contract manufacturer management to ensure schedule and quality targets.
Lead program reviews, status meetings, and executive updates with clarity and accountability.
Help define and implement best practices and tools for program management within a growing organization.

Familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
5+ years’ experience in data center infrastructure, industrial systems, or large-scale electrical/mechanical equipment programs.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Travel %: 20%
Strong PLC (Program LifeCycle) experience with major Data Center Operator or direct vendor.
Experience delivering for hyperscale or colocation clients, or for vendors serving them.
Experience: minimum of four (4) years of experience managing complex technical or engineering programs.
Familiarity with lean product development or manufacturing environments.
