The Senior Executive/Executive role in Retail Advisory Services/Research/COE is based in Gurugram. It involves research, feasibility studies, demand‑supply analysis, mall high‑street profiling, financial modelling, maintaining project databases, assessing client requirements, and ensuring optimal client service delivery through meetings, site visits and proposal submissions.

- Assess client requirements, manage interactions, provide pricing inputs, and support proposal discussions and site inspections.
- Deliver optimal client service through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow‑up and timely proposal submissions.
- Collaborate effectively in teams, balancing project execution and business development.
- Produce feasibility and market research reports, conduct market surveys, perform financial modelling and create presentations.

Candidates should have at least a graduate degree and one year of experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and negotiation abilities, and be adaptable to change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as tools such as ArcGIS, SketchUp and AutoCAD is required.
- Hold at least a graduate degree with minimum one year of experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and financial skills, and adaptability.
