Under the direction and supervision of the Construction Manager, prepares correspondence, reports, and recommendations concerning construction issues.
Assist Construction Manager with day-to-day management of construction projects
Review, log, and maintain project related documents including, but not limited to, daily inspection reports, tests reports and data, meeting minutes, schedules, RFIs, submittals, progress payment applications and change orders, as-built drawings, and final construction reports.
