Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Preconstruction Manager – Design Management Support to join the Owner's Rep team remotely in the US. The role provides day‑to‑day coordination and operational support for a key data‑center client, keeping the design process organized, aligned, and responsive throughout design and construction. It manages design documentation, schedules, and package tracking while maintaining Procore standards and ensuring compliance across architect and engineering partners. Acting as a liaison between design teams, project management, and construction, the position drives clarity, closes submittals, and resolves RFIs, while also assisting with construction administration, QA/QC of design issuances, and change management.
