All work must adhere to company BIM standards, model health, and project schedules and budgets.
Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in BIM, strong proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, and prior experience at an architectural or engineering consulting firm. Experience with sustainable design/LEED, BIM modeling of mechanical systems, and a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture are also valued.
Required qualifications are a technical degree or equivalent education combined with at least five years of related industry experience. Candidates must possess advanced skills in 3D design software, coordination tools, and document management, as well as deep understanding of engineering or architectural concepts, industry standards, and discipline codes.
